How to cancel your subscription
You can stop recurring payments at any time, in two minutes, from your dashboard.
Step-by-step
1Sign in to your dashboard
Go to zibalvpn.com and click 'Sign in'. Use the same email and password you registered with.
2Open the Services tab
From the dashboard sidebar, click 'Services'. You will see a list of your active subscriptions.
3Click 'Manage Subscription'
Next to the subscription you want to cancel, click the 'Manage Subscription' button. This opens our secure billing portal.
4Click 'Cancel plan'
Inside the billing portal, click 'Cancel plan'. You may be asked to confirm. You'll receive an email confirming the cancellation, and your VPN keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens after you cancel
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
- You can keep using ZibalVPN until the end of your current paid period.
- You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
- No further charges will be made to your card.
- You can resubscribe at any time from your dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
Will I be charged after I cancel?
No. Cancellation immediately stops all future charges. You only pay for the period you already paid for.
Will my VPN stop working immediately after I cancel?
No. Your service remains fully active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that date, the VPN simply stops working.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable, but cancelling stops all future charges. If you believe you were charged in error, please open a support ticket and we'll review your case.
I don't see a 'Manage Subscription' button.
If the button is missing or disabled, your account may not be fully linked to a billing record yet. Open a support ticket and we'll cancel it for you.
I forgot my password and can't sign in.
Use the 'Forgot password' link on the sign-in page to reset it. If you no longer have access to the email you registered with, contact support and we'll help you cancel manually.
Can I cancel by email instead?
Yes. If you can't access your dashboard for any reason, send a ticket from the Support page and our team will cancel the subscription for you within one business day.
