    Before you start, make sure you have:
    • Active ZibalVPN subscription (purchase from pricing page)
    • Your VPN credentials available in Dashboard → Services
    • Device with internet connection

    Get Your VPN Credentials

    Access your username, password, and configuration files from your dashboard

    Access Your Account Information

    1. Log in to your ZibalVPN account
    2. Navigate to Dashboard → Services tab
    3. Find your active VPN service and click on it
    4. You'll see your Username, Password, and available servers
    5. You'll need these details to connect.

    Download OpenVPN Client

    Install the official OpenVPN software for your device

    What is OpenVPN?

    OpenVPN is a trusted, open-source VPN protocol that provides secure connections. ZibalVPN uses OpenVPN to ensure your privacy and security across all devices.

    OpenVPN Connect

    Official OpenVPN app for iPhone and iPad. Current versions require iOS 15 or later.

    Download from App Store
    Requirements: iOS 15.0 or later, iPadOS 15.0 or later
    Apple ID region: If the App Store shows the app as unavailable, your Apple ID region may need to be switched to one where OpenVPN Connect is published (e.g. United States, Canada, United Kingdom).

    Import Your Configuration Profile

    Download and load your .ovpn profile file into the OpenVPN client

    Get Your .ovpn Profile

    Follow the instructions for your specific device

    1. Go to Dashboard → Services on your iPhone/iPad
    2. Tap "Download Profile" for your preferred server
    3. The .ovpn file will download
    4. Tap the downloaded file—it will automatically open in OpenVPN Connect
    5. Tap "Add" to import the configuration
    6. The profile will appear in your OpenVPN Connect app

    Connect to Your VPN

    Enter your credentials and establish a secure connection

    Final Step: Connect

    Follow the steps below to connect and verify your VPN.

    1. Open your OpenVPN client (OpenVPN Connect, Tunnelblick, or OpenVPN GUI)
    2. Select your imported ZibalVPN profile from the list
    3. Click/Tap "Connect"
    4. Enter your Username and Password from the Dashboard
    5. Wait a few seconds for the connection to establish
    Connection Successful
    • Status shows "Connected"
    • Green indicator icon visible
    • Data sent/received counter active
    • Your IP address has changed
    Connection Failed?
    • Check username/password
    • Verify internet connection
    • Try a different server profile
