Payment receipts are processed by Stripe/crypto providers; we do not store full card or wallet details.

When We Share Information

Data Retention

Essential cookies
Required for authentication, language preferences, and security. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies (optional)
We use PostHog for product analytics and Google Analytics for traffic insights. These cookies are only set after you give consent. For users in the EU/EEA/UK, analytics cookies are blocked until you explicitly accept them via our consent banner. Non-EU users are opted in by default but can opt out at any time.
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time by visiting the Cookie Preferences page, accessible from the footer of every page. Analytics data is collected using anonymized identifiers (not your email or name). Session recordings mask all form inputs by default.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account from your Dashboard under Profile > Your Data. When you request deletion:
- Your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion by logging in
- After the grace period, ALL your personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
- This includes: profile information, subscription history, support tickets, VPN credentials, affiliate data, and email logs
- Audit log entries are anonymized (personal identifiers removed) rather than deleted to maintain system integrity
- You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is requested and when it completes
Data Export (Portability)
You can download all your personal data at any time from your Dashboard under Profile > Your Data. The export includes your profile, subscriptions, support tickets, transactions, and other associated records in JSON format. This right is available once every 24 hours.
Jurisdiction & Transfers
We operate under Canadian law (including PIPEDA). Data may be processed in Canada or other regions by our providers under appropriate protections.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and, when appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice.
