    Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to use ZibalVPN to:

    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • Be responsible for all activities under your account

    Subscription and Payment

    We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team and we'll work with you to find a fair solution. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

    Cryptocurrency payments cannot be refunded due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.

    Service Availability

    We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service.

    Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
