Service Description
ZibalVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and allows you to access content securely. Our service includes:
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ZibalVPN to:
Account Registration
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Subscription and Payment
You can request a refund within 7 days of your payment date. We review each request individually and work with you to find a fair solution. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Cryptocurrency payments cannot be refunded due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. If something goes wrong with such an order, contact support and we will add equivalent service credit to your account instead.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
